The Northwest Jewish Community will hold a sukka decorating and potluck dinner 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26 at a member’s home in Plymouth. The family-friendly event is open to the public and will feature decorating activities for the children followed by the vegetarian/dairy potluck.
This is the third in a series of events to gauge interest and build a membership of Jewish people in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis. This group is open to all Jewish people in the Twin Cities area and is reaching out to singles, couples, young families, mixed families, the unaffiliated, and anyone looking to reconnect with their Jewish faith or explore the Jewish faith.
Geographically, this group intends to serve communities in Albertville, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Corcoran, Elk River, Maple Grove, Medina, Osseo, Plymouth and St. Michael.
