J Street Minnesota promotes a safe, secure and democratic Israel as a homeland for the Jewish people, alongside a geographically and economically viable state of Palestine as a homeland for the Palestinian people. We seek to demonstrate that the pro-Israel, pro-peace view is the position of large numbers of Jews in Minnesota. We work to exercise our civic duty as Americans, communicating with our own government about American diplomatic policy that we believe is most helpful to Israel, and to expand the dialogue about Israel and her needs in the Twin Cities Jewish community. Visit our website for our current mission and principles, as well as recent press releases.

A variety of volunteer opportunities exist to work on projects ranging from a food shelf to Habitat for Humanity, from helping at Sholom to working with a homeless shelter, from helping an annual blood drive to working on improving literacy. They also provide guest speakers for learning and opportunities to give back on Shabbat. Get involved and help improve our world.
