Sisters Meryll Levine Page and Leslie Levine Adler will discuss the theme of connections in their book, Jewish Luck: A True Story of Friendship, Deception and Risky Business, 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 in room C350 at St. Louis Park High School, 6425 W. 33rd St.
Jewish Luck is about two Jewish women who grew up marginalized in Soviet Russia, and how friendship, family support and self-determination helped them become successful (1-3-14 AJW).
The cost is a $35 donation to the St. Louis Park Public Schools Foundation. Proceeds will support teacher grants in math and science, reading, arts and transitions.
