The Minnesota Sinfonia, led by Artistic Director Jay Fishman, will present violinist Arnaud Sussmann in two performances, 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10 at Johnson High School, 1349 Arcade St., St. Paul; and 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12 at Temple Israel, 2324 Emerson Ave. S., Minneapolis.
The program will include Aid and Comfort, a Sinfonia Commission and World Premier by Julie Stenberg; Mozart’s Concerto in D Major, K 218 featuring Sussmann; and Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 1 in c minor.
