Through a six-month tailored internship, trainees follow an individualized skills-building track that prepares them for employment. During this experience, they will have the opportunity to try their hands in different areas and uncover their natural strengths as well as build some new ones. After successfully completing an internship, our participants have a guaranteed job waiting for them at the Thrift Shop. Surrounded by familiar colleagues and coaches that are already well-acquainted with their skill sets, our new employees are set for success! Give back by literally giving back! The thrift shop accepts donations of gently used clothing and household items.
