Eruv of Minnesota is the nonprofit corporation that established the eruv in parts of St. Louis Park and Minneapolis in 1990 and maintains it according to Jewish law. The term “eruv” refers to a geographic area that is designated as a single domain with physical boundaries, within which carrying on Shabbat is permitted. This eruv is formed largely by existing utility poles and wire and includes much of the first alphabet of St. Louis Park and part of the Minneapolis Lakes area.
